About the Role
We’re working with a well-established boutique litigation firm in Century City that’s looking to hire a Post-Bar Law Clerk . The firm has built an outstanding reputation representing clients in complex civil litigation, with a primary focus on construction litigation , representing general contractors, subcontractors, developers, material suppliers, design professionals, and property owners. The firm also handles business, real estate, and prevailing wage disputes .
This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent J.D. graduate who has taken the California Bar and is awaiting results. The role is designed to provide meaningful litigation experience while preparing for a transition into an Associate Attorney position following California Bar admission and strong performance.
What You’ll Do
The ideal candidate will have prior litigation experience and be excited to build a long-term career in civil litigation.
You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys and gain hands-on experience throughout the litigation process.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
- Assist attorneys in managing complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Support trial preparation and case management.

Compensation
Compensation is up to $100,000 DOE while awaiting California Bar results.
