JD Law Firm is a dedicated personal injury law firm committed to delivering justice for victims of injury. As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and compassionate Case Managers to join our Houston team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in managing a diverse caseload, providing client support, and ensuring that each client’s legal needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Duties
Manage a diverse docket of personal injury cases, ensuring progress and deadlines are met
Conduct thorough intake with potential new clients to gather relevant information regarding their legal matters
Provide direct support and guidance to clients throughout the case process
Regularly track the progress of ongoing cases and provide clients and medical providers with updates as needed
Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, adjusters, and other parties involved in the case
Set up new client files, ensuring proper documentation and organization for each case
Collect and organize documentation, medical records, and other case-related materials
Prepare settlement demands and other legal documents
Requirements
Proven experience in case management or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Compensation is commensurate with experience. Raises and/or bonuses may be given based off of your work performance.

The firm contributes to a health benefit plan beginning the first month after the expiration of 60 days of employment. Should the employee choose to participate, the health benefit plan includes medical and dental benefits, as well as voluntary vision benefits.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
