Searching for a friendly, confident team player to join our team as a Legal Assistant.

We’re looking for someone who can tell us why they are successful. Tell us how you achieved success, in school, in sports, clubs, etc.

In this position, you will be our clients’ initial point of contact with the Firm. You will connect with clients and perform regular administrative tasks. You will be exposed to a broad spectrum of legal services and gain significant experience in a fast-paced environment under the supervision of our attorneys.

Willingness to learn, attention to detail and good interpersonal skills are key attributes of our ideal candidate. As a client-facing employee, you will represent the Firm; therefore, it is important that you embody the professionalism, quality and servant-leadership mindset our firm strives to achieve.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls
Monitor deadlines and maintain calendars
Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness
Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.
Scanning and filing
Help in preparing case files

Skills

Computer literacy; use of Excel Word and Outlook
Proficiency in English
Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
Ability to balance multiple activities

$16/hr to start. matching 401k offered after 365 days employment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour
