Job Description
- Receive and process new insurance policy issuance requests.
- Review customer information and insurance coverage details for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and update policy data in the company’s system.
- Issue insurance policies and share them with clients or the sales team.
- Process amendments, endorsements, and additions to existing policies.
- Follow up on policy renewals, cancellations, and modifications.
- Ensure all policies comply with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and legal standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, policy issuance, underwriting support, or a similar role.
- Experience within an insurance company, brokerage
- Good understanding of insurance policies and policy administration processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to work with insurance management systems and databases.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
