Job Purpose
To develop, review, manage, and monitor policy-related information, contributing to the formulation of organizational objectives, evaluating outcomes, enhancing work methodologies, and providing expert advisory support to leadership and organizational units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop policy guidelines and manuals, train employees on updated policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to setting organizational priorities and developing execution plans and programs.
- Analyze economic, social, and emerging national developments, as well as international trends, to propose policy enhancements.
- Analyze and evaluate studies, datasets, and survey results; prepare analytical reports to support decision-making.
- Develop and implement evidence-based public policies aligned with the entity’s mandate.
- Draft recommendations, policies, and strategic plans in line with federal government directions and organizational objectives.
- Design research plans to identify initiatives and programs that support strategic goals based on approved policies.
- Develop legislative frameworks, regulations, and governance structures aligned with new policies and laws.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- PhD in Business Administration – 8 years' experience
- PhD in Law – 8 years' experience
- Master’s degree in business administration – 10 years' experience
- Master’s degree in law – 10 years' experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration – 12 years' experience
- Bachelor’s degree in law – 12 years' experience
Professional Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Manager in Quality & Institutional Excellence
- Certification in Strategy Management & Balanced Scorecard
- Organizational Leadership Certification
- Certified Innovation Leader
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Certified Branch Manager
