The Town of Braintree Police Department is currently accepting applications to fill several full-time Police Officer vacancies via lateral transfers.
Qualifications
Applicants must have current Massachusetts Civil Service Status and have completed a full-time MPTC approved police academy.
Officers need to be POST Certified, have an active driver’s license, a LTC, and police experience.
Applicants will be required to pass a comprehensive background investigation, oral interview, and medical examinations.
Officers must be eligible for a lateral transfer from their current department.
