Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Attorney at The Law Office of Jason Tenenbaum, P.C. in Melville, NY. The Senior Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and specializes in bodily injury, labor and employment law, and PIP. Ideal candidate will have be admitted in both NY and FL, though we considering candidates only admitted in FL. They will manage a primarily Florida caseload with virtual Florida appearances. Remote work may be possible for the right candidate.
Qualifications
Experience in Law and Labor and Employment Law, Bodily Injury, and PIP
Strong skills in drafting and research is a plus. we are a motion heavy practice
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
