Peacock Recruiting LLC is seeking a Plaintiffs’ Employment Attorney to join its team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience handling wage-and-hour matters and class/collective actions, with strong litigation skills and a commitment to securing justice for workers. This role offers the flexibility to be fully remote, but candidates who prefer an in-office or hybrid arrangement are welcome to utilize the San Francisco or Los Angeles locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and litigate wage-and-hour class actions and collective actions from inception through resolution.
Represent employees in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and participate in depositions and court hearings.
Handle client interactions, case strategy development, and negotiations.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in plaintiffs’ employment litigation, with a focus on wage-and-hour cases and class/collective actions preferred.
Licensed to practice law in California.
Salary: $120,000 – $240,000, depending on experience.
Significant bonus opportunities based on performance.
Fully remote work available.
