The Role
- Employment Litigation Associate (Plaintiff-side)
- You’ll handle the full lifecycle of employment cases including:
- FEHA discrimination/harassment/retaliation; wrongful termination
- Taking/defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, discovery strategy
- Case ownership with strong partner guidance; opportunities to push toward trial
- Bonus point if you also bring business/commercial litigation exposure (useful crossover)
Compensation & Benefits
- Mid-level target: around $200k base (flexible based on level/fit)
- Alternative structure: lower base + percentage on matters worked

Requirements
- 4+ years employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Comfortable being hands-on (depos, hearings, motion work)
- Strong writing + judgment; polished, client-ready communicator
