Location: Los Angeles, California. This is a hybrid opportunity.

Note: Candidates must have 4+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experience. We are specifically seeking attorneys whose employment law practice has been exclusively on the plaintiff side.

Job Description

  • Manage plaintiff-side employment matters with a high level of ownership and strategic responsibility.
  • Represent employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour, leave, and related workplace disputes.
  • Evaluate claims and develop effective litigation and resolution strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other substantive legal work.
  • Handle discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, and other key stages of litigation.
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, responsive guidance throughout their matters.
  • Collaborate with our attorneys and legal team to maximize outcomes for clients.
  • Help drive cases toward strong settlements, resolutions, and litigation results.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of employment law experience
  • Employment law background must be exclusively plaintiff-side.
  • Active California Bar membership in good standing.
  • Strong employment litigation, writing, negotiation, and case-management skills.
  • Experience handling California employee-side claims.
  • Ability to manage substantial responsibility while providing excellent client service.
  • Senior plaintiff-side employment attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $160,000.00 – $275,000.00 per year
