What You’ll Do:
Perform remote notarizations through NotaryLive’s secure, state-approved platform
Conduct notarizations via live video sessions
Confirm client identity, ensure document accuracy, and provide excellent service
Maintain professionalism, privacy, and legal compliance in every session
Identify and report technical issues during sessions to help improve platform performance
Provide clear feedback to internal teams on user experience gaps or feature requests

Oklahoma residency
Must be a commissioned Notary Public in Oklahoma OR willing to become one
Must complete Remote Online Notary (RON) certification (we’ll help!)
