We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including investigation, case evaluation, and settlement negotiations
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity
- Represent clients in court depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings, demonstrating strong trial preparation skills
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather case information, provide updates, and explain legal options clearly
- Collaborate with experts in fields like medical, accident reconstruction, or environmental law to strengthen cases
- Maintain meticulous case management records and ensure compliance with procedural law requirements
Skills
- Extensive experience in personal injury law with a solid understanding of procedural law and litigation processes
- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements for clients
- Knowledge of various legal practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers’ compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, employment law, and general & commercial litigation
- Excellent legal writing and drafting abilities for motions, pleadings, contracts, and discovery documents
- Skilled in court depositions and trial preparation with a focus on effective advocacy
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Experience with legal case management systems and administrative tasks within a law office setting

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
