Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a growing, dynamic national litigation law firm in their search for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their office in Nashville, TN. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities
Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
Requirements
– Juris Doctorate degree required
– Licensed in the state of Tennessee required
– 1-5 years of litigation experience
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
