Job description:
Monmouth County Firm is Seeking a Full-Time in Office Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal for our Eatontown, NJ Location.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES BONUSES, HEALTH, DENTAL & VISION INSURANCE, LIFE INSURANCE & 401K
Qualifications:
4 years experience working in a plaintiff litigation law firm.
Proficient to execute a complaint, motion and brief.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, focused, technologically savvy, adaptable to learning new systems and processes and can prioritize and multitask.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, clients and claims staff.
Flexibility in work hours is a must.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Has general knowledge of law office operations, practices, and procedures (including electronic filing)
Exercise independent initiative and judgment in daily tasks, within a team-oriented atmosphere.
Responsibilities:

Preparation, reviewing filing, and service of pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas.
Conducts legal research and writing assignments, which may include the preparation of medical chronologies and deposition summaries of fact and expert witnesses.
Provides direct pre-trial and trial support to attorneys for Litigated matters of varied complexity.
Base pay in addition to performance incentivized compensation.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000 per year
