Pittsburgh – Labor & Employment Associate (Mid-Level) Jobs in Pittsburgh, PA at Reed Smith LLP
The Labor & Employment practice group is looking to hire a mid-level associate with three to five years of experience to join our Pittsburgh office. The candidate must have experience in employment litigation and/or commercial litigation, including single plaintiff cases. Wage and hour class actions experience is a plus.
Candidate must also be familiar with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery. Candidate must have excellent writing analytical skills, experience handling multiple cases, and able to serve as point person on litigation, including supervising junior associates and staff and serving as client contact. Candidate must have
demonstrated project management skills and be able to take a case and run with it. Deposition and/or courtroom experience is preferred. Employment advice and counseling experience also desired.

$235,000 – $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range
for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and
experience.
