Responsibilities & Expectations:
Salary commensurate with experience. Starting $70,000
Eager and motivated to learn
Minimum 3 years experience
Does not need a lot of guidance or training.
- Takes initiative on what to file next on litigation cases
- Knows basic rules of civ pro
- Drafts Complaints, Summons, Disc
- Responds to discovery
- Drafts med chrons
- Drafts Witness and Exhibit lists, Expert lists, etc.
- Knows litigation process and can properly provide a case status to the clients.
- Knows how to efile and eserve.
- Schedules mediations, depositions, CMEs and the like.
