The Role
Hate Pleadings? Love Cases? The role of a Servicing Specialist involves overseeing the post-funding aspects of cases within a Servicing department. This specialist is responsible for the review and assessment of the status of cases, identifying challenges or delays, gathering/providing updates by contacting law firms, understanding/utilizing our case management system, and conducting diligent research when necessary as well as contributing to the overall efficiency of case management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact between our company and law firms handling our cases.
Work closely with legal professionals to ensure the smooth progression of funded cases.
Develop an understanding of our case management system and utilize it to track and update case information.
Monitor the progress of cases by regularly communicating with law firms to obtain the latest developments, court dates, and any other pertinent information related to cases ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Conduct thorough research to gather additional case-related information.
Stay up to date on updates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Injury paralegal for 3-5 years.
Strong understanding of personal injury legal processes.
Detail-oriented, exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional work ethic.
Effective communication skills – written, phone, in person – for interacting with clients and legal professionals.
Proven ability to set and exceed your objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual is a plus.

Salary: $55,000.00 – $63,000.00 per year
