- 3+ years of SC personal injury law experience
- Experience negotiating and settling PI claims
- Tried SC Personal Injury cases to verdict
- Able to step into a ready made case load and drive it forward
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Case management software is a plus
- Able to encourage support staff in a positive way
