Location: Garland, TX (Dallas area) – Full-time, fully on-site in a professional office where you’ll work closely with an experienced litigation team.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, including first-chair trial experience.

Job Description
- Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from lawsuit filing through final resolution.
- Serve as first-chair trial attorney in jury trials.
- Develop litigation strategies that maximize client recoveries.
- Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial.
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
- Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional legal representation.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
- 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- Proven first-chair jury trial experience.
- Strong understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
- Experience drafting demands, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Excellent courtroom, negotiation, legal writing, and research skills.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
