dynamic
caseload and advocate passionately for clients. This role requires a highly skilled litigator who thrives in a

Duties
:
Oversee a caseload of approximately 150 cases, including 50 actively in litigation monthly. Develop and execute case strategies from intake through settlement or jury verdict. Lead client interactions, providing clear and
transparent communication
throughout the legal process. Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and manage mediations effectively. Serve as lead counsel in jury trials, presenting compelling cases in court.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred. Active licensure with the GA State Bar; additional State Bar admissions are a plus. Proven record of extensive jury trial experience, with at least five first-chair trial verdicts; ten or more is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
