SOLICITOR – PERSONAL INJURY / DEFENCE LITIGATION- BELFAST Our client is keen to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor. Due to extensive work levels and recent contractual successes, the client is keen to consider all levels of experience. The team is

and they are keen on Solicitors who can collaborate and offer strong inter-personal skills. You will be working in a past paced environment and responsible for managing a
diverse
caseload, handling Personal Injury litigation files, and work closely with clients to understand their requirements and manage cases in line with contractual agreements.
Your role
is to help a defendant in a personal injury claim, protect the defendants financial interests and avoid liability. You will provide advice on the strength of the claim, the risks of defending it, and the prospects of settling it.
