Personal Injury Solicitor – Birmingham An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Executive or Associate to join a leading defendant insurance litigation team.
This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of complex and high-profile employers’ liability, public liability and personal injury claims for insurers, corporates and loss adjusters.
The Role Manage a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated liability claims Handle employers’ liability, public liability, product liability and property-related matters Work on multi-track, multi-defendant and Part 20 claims Advise clients across sectors including construction, manufacturing, leisure and retail Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service About You 2–5 years’ PQE as a UK Qualified Solicitor, CILEX professional, or equivalent experience Experience handling or assisting with defendant liability litigation Knowledge of employers’ and public liability claims Basic understanding of insurance coverage issues Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills What’s on Offer?
