Our well established Albany law firm is seeking experienced attorneys with at least 1 year of experience for an attorney position in our civil litigation practice. Since 1919 our firm has provided exceptional legal representation to our clients and we are looking for an attorney that will add their exceptional skills and talent. The candidate should be an active member in good standing with the New York State bar as well as have a demonstrated connection and interest with the Capital Region of New York. The candidate should also have at least 1 year of experience, in any of the following areas: personal injury litigation, medical malpractice litigation, automobile accident litigation, general liability defense, appeals, commercial litigation, real-estate litigation, real-estate acquisitions and sales, trusts and estates, or complex litigation. The candidate should also have excellent research, writing, and analytical skills; excellent oral and written communication and advocacy skills; Be detail oriented and highly organized; Have exceptional case and client management skills and have the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
This is a professional advancement/career opportunity and duties will include legal research and writing, drafting, discovery, conducting depositions and appearing in State and Federal courts throughout New York State. Pay: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
