· The position will involve regular court appearances, depositions, motion work, arbitrations, and trial
· Ability to assume significant case management responsibilities
· Comfortable working directly with clients, including in settlement negotiations

Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate plus licensed to practice law in good standing with the California State Bar
Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Organizational skills that allow you to be responsive to client needs are a must
