General Responsibilities:
* Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation, discovery and trial.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years commercial litigation experience, with experience in bankruptcy/creditors’ rights a plus.
* Excellent research and writing skills
* Deposition and courtroom experience
* Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and
* Barred in PA and NJ. DE a plus.
