Job Description
Our client, located in Houston, TX, is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a direct hire position.

37.5-hour work week
Role Responsibilities
Support up to three attorneys and manage 7-10 active personal injury cases, with potential to expand
Draft, organize, and file legal documents
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Maintain accurate case files using Neos case management software (training provided)
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and case timelines
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and settlement negotiations
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, preferably in a law firm
Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Neos is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
