Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of registration and title processing, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title documents, facilitating smooth transactions for our clients.
Duties
Follow up with banks and finance institutions to ensure vehicle titles are processed timely and sent to the dealership.
Review and complete all documents required to process vehicle registrations and titles.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely filing of documents.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding title services, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Stock in new and pre-owned vehicles into the dealerships DMS system.
Ensure that all titles are properly filed.
Experience
Previous experience in title processing or a related field is preferred.
CVR Certification preferred but not required
Strong research skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Experience working in an office or similar environment is advantageous.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.76 – $21.65 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
