Pre-Litigation Paralegals play a crucial role in supporting attorneys, clients, and team members. This role focuses on managing pre-litigation cases, primarily from the treatment phase through the demand stage.
Responsibilities:
· Provide proactive assistance to injured clients
· Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to collect important case details
· Obtain, review, and evaluate medical records to prepare for the demand and negotiation phases
· Partner with and offer support to the assigned attorney
· Keep both digital and physical case files organized
Qualifications:
· Minimum of one year of experience as a personal injury paralegal
· Spanish Bilingual abilities are preferred
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Highly detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
