Our firm is seeking a skilled personal injury litigation paralegal to be the backbone of our trial team. You will be responsible for the coordination of all the details before, during and after trial. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including conducting interviews, legal research, document filing and attending trials.
Our firm is growing and looking for an experienced litigation paralegal that has been working for personal injury law firms for many years. If you do not have litigation experience specifically in personal injury, this position would not be suitable for you.
The right candidate will be offered a generous package as he/she will help the managing partner build the litigation department for a fast-growing firm. There is also a high potential for raises in the future according to performance.
Skills
- Proven working experience as a litigation paralegal in the field of personal injury
- Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc.
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
- Extensive computer and database expertise
- Bilingual preferred
