The Pendas Law Firm, P.A. is currently seeking a full time Litigation Legal Assistant (bilingual). This position will assist the paralegal in all aspects of preparation for personal injury litigation.
Role and Responsibilities:
Clerical assistance to paralegal and attorney
Maintain workers compensation files
Communication with clients, case managers, medical providers and opposing counsel
Answering phone calls
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
Bi-lingual English and Spanish (required)
1+ years personal injury/ workers compensation experience (preferred)
Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Must be well organized and self-motivated
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities
Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment
Work hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
