Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant/ Paralegal. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for assisting attorneys in the preparation of settlement demands. Legal assistants will be in contact with clients in regard to their property damage, treatment and help gather medical records and itemized bills.
Qualifications
- 2 years of personal injury experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is REQUIRED .
- Deadline driven.
An associate degree or higher in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred.
