Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal based in Austin, TX. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing documents, conducting legal research, and managing pleadings and motions. The role involves day-to-day work on active litigation cases, assisting attorneys in trial preparation, and ensuring accurate and timely filing of all necessary court documents.
Qualifications
Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Experience with Legal Research and Pleadings, and Discovery
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Minimum 2 years current experience in personal injury litigation is required
Paralegal certification or relevant certification/education
Must be bilingual in Spanish
