Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized with excellent time management skills who can communicate effectively and work well as a team.
The ideal candidate should be proficient at:
– Managing Litigation Files with a strong knowledge of the Litigation Process and Court System
-Filing Documents with the Courts, specifically with ProDoc
-Drafting Pleadings and Discovery
-Calendaring and Managing Deadlines
-Setting Depositions, Mediations, Hearings and Trials as needed
-Communicating and Coordinating meetings with clients
-Ordering Medical Bills and Records with Affidavits
Experience:
– At least 5-10 years’ experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
-Spanish Speaker a plus
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
