Day-to-day activities include:
Probate and estate administration
Assisting clients with the administration of estates, the probate process and asset distribution.
Guiding clients through the preparation and filing of judicial documents required for probate proceedings.
Advising on estate related tax matters, creditor claims, and compliance with statutory deadlines.
Preparing and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives.
Structuring estate plans to address tax concerns, asset protection and wealth transfer strategies.
Advising client son succession planning and generational wealth transfers.
Representing clients in probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes and fiduciary claims.
Negotiating settlements and resolving conflicts through mediation and arbitration.
Drafting and reviewing trust agreements, beneficiary designations and transfer documents for asset titling.
Preparing legal correspondence, petitions, motions and settlement agreements.
What we would like you to bring to the team…
J.D. degree from accredited law school
License to practice law in Nevada
Strong Knowledge of Nevada probate law and estate planning principals.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
