Position: Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney (Remote – NYS Licensed)
Pianko Law is a fast-growing plaintiff’s personal injury firm seeking a New York State-licensed attorney with personal injury litigation experience to join our remote team. This role requires the ability to independently manage motor vehicle accident, trip and fall, and Labor Law §240(1) and §241(6) cases from case filing to settlement or trial.
This is a full-time remote position with occasional in-person court appearances, client meetings, or staff meetings (minimal).
Responsibilities:
Independently handle motor vehicle accident, trip and fall, and Labor Law §240(1) and §241(6) cases from summons and complaint through trial or settlement.
Draft and argue summary judgment motions and motions for default judgment.
Take and defend depositions.
Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while working collaboratively with staff.
Negotiate settlements to maximize client recovery.

Work aggressively to push cases to trial, ensuring timely resolution and optimal case outcomes.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed attorney in New York State (or pending admission).
Personal injury litigation experience required, with proven ability to handle MVA and premises liability cases.
Experience drafting summary judgment motions and conducting depositions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage cases autonomously with support staff.
Compensation:
$75,000 – $125,000 (DOE) with room for growth.
