We are currently seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team and help manage and litigate a growing caseload of personal injury claims.
Summary:
As a Personal Injury Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial. You’ll work closely with clients, manage pre-litigation and litigation processes, and collaborate with a supportive legal team to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, and trials
- Evaluate case value and develop legal strategy tailored to each client
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Supervise support staff, including case managers and paralegals
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Michigan
- No experience necessary
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage deadlines and a high-volume caseload efficiently
