About Us
We’re a high-growth criminal defense and personal injury firm in Hampton Roads with more leads than we can currently serve. We’re looking for a skilled, coachable Associate Attorney to help us deliver justice and expand our capacity.
What You’ll Do
Manage criminal and personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Appear in General District and Circuit Courts across Hampton Roads
Conduct client consultations, hearings, and negotiations
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Work closely with the founding attorney and support team
What We’re Looking For
Virginia-licensed attorney in good standing
Strong communicator with courtroom confidence
Organized and self-sufficient with a desire to grow
Interest in criminal defense and/or personal injury law
Bonus points: Prior trial experience
What We Offer
$75,000–$80,000 base salary
