Pre-Litigation Paralegals provide support to attorneys, clients, and colleagues. This position is responsible for handling pre-litigation matters primarily from the treating phase through demand stages.
Responsibilities:
Proactively provide support to injured clients
Establish professional relationships with clients to obtain vital case related information
Gather, review, and analyze medical records in preparation for demand and negotiation phase
Collaborate with and provide support for assigned Attorney
Maintain electronic and paper files
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a personal injury Paralegal
Bilingual is preferred, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail oriented
