Heavy traffic Personal Injury office seeking self motivated, responsible, mature individual.
Candidate MUST have working knowledge and experience in
1. Setting up files
2. Obtaining police reports
3. Setting up claims with insurance
4. Request medical records with affidavit
5. Maintain files throughout litigation
6. ability to drive to various locations for work related reasons
7. maintain calendar for depositions, mediations and trial
8. receive and coordinate daily incoming mail
9. ability to set up and negotiate claim with insurance adjuster
10. close files
11. good communication skills
12. speak English and (Spanish a PLUS)
13. Negotiate claims with insurance adjusters
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
