Location:
Hybrid – Mississauga Head Office​Salary: $120K – $150K (Based on Experience) + Annual Bonus + Medical Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 150-170 personal injury files, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, long-term disability disputes, and insurance litigation.​Handle all aspects of files from intake to resolution, including examinations for discovery, examinations under oath, mediations, and trial/hearing preparations.​Develop legal strategies, draft pleadings, and manage litigation timelines.​Advocate for clients in settlement negotiations and court proceedings.​Collaborate with case managers, support staff, and medical experts.​Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.​3-5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.​Strong
advocacy
, negotiation, and legal research skills.​Ability to work in a
fast-paced
hybrid environment.
