The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super Personal Injury Discovery Scheduler.
Job Duties:
- Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff.
- Assist with organizing, drafting, reviewing, and filing Requests for Admissions, Requests for Production, and Interrogatories to opposing parties.
- Managing, drafting, and reviewing discovery responses in a timely and efficient.
- Maintain and follow up on all Non-Party production documents, including Requests for Copies and non-party logs.
- Knowledge of the E-filing system on both the State and Federal levels.
- Assist with scheduling depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
- Contact with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
- Preparation of other pleadings, Motions, and Orders under the supervision of attorneys, as needed.
Benefits:
- $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year.

Qualifications:
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
- Exemplary tenure with previous employers.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Preferred if the candidate is a Florida Bar Certified paralegal.
