Join our dynamic team as a Personal Injury Demands Supervisor, to oversee the daily operations of our Demands Department. This leadership position involves managing the preparation, review, and dispatch of demand packages, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal case management, particularly in personal injury law, and will be responsible for managing case files, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining meticulous records using systems such as Filevine and Outlook.
Duties
- Lead and manage the department’s operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal standards.

- Oversee legal case management processes, including the organization and maintenance of case files.
- Conduct thorough research to support ongoing cases and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to facilitate effective communication and workflow within the department.
- Ensure that all data entry is accurate and up-to-date, maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and case progress.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a legal environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of personal injury claims processes, negotiation strategy, and medical terminology.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with an ability to craft persuasive legal arguments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work cross-functionally with legal teams, adjusters, and clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
