Duties and Responsibilities

Handle high volume caseloa
d Anticipate discovery issues and/or potential evidentiary issues to discuss with attorney or bring to their attentio
n Draft proposed discovery responses, non-party subpoena
s Identify and prepare proposed documents for productio
n Coordinate expert/attorney conferences and prepare expert package
s Gather client documents and interrogatory verification page
s Prepare proposed witness and exhibit list
s Prepare proposed exhibits and proposed objection
s Work well under pressure/stres
s Multi-task and set prioritie
s Meet deadline
s Work well with others; communicate proactively, effectively, and in a team-spirited mano
r Work for 3 or more attorneys on multiple projects with multiple deadline
