Job Title: Defense Personal Injury Attorney

Base salary: up to 150K + bonus

Our client is searching for a Defense Personal Injury Attorney to join their team.
- Qualified candidates will have litigation experience
- 2 to 6 years of Personal Injury experience on the defense side
- 2 to 6 years of litigation experience
- Enjoys Litigation
- Motions
- Discovery
Responsibilities Include:
- Taking and defending expert and witness depositions
- Drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters
- Drafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties
- Developing client relationships through oral and written communication
- Preparation for trial, including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists
Qualifications:
- Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed in California
- Self-motivated individual with high energy
- Experience with legal research
Experience working in a billing hour environment
Experience with independently handling a caseload
Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
