Daily Tasks:
Daily communication with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, examiners and vendors
Download title searches from our underwriters
Order payoffs, communicate with agents and clients
Coordinate settlements
Clear Requirements
Breakdown closing packages
Handle post-closing matters
