Personal Injury Case Manager / Legal Assistant (Spanish)
BISHOY FAM INJURY LAW seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager/Legal Assistant to join our Personal Injury Law Firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in working on the pre-litigation side of personal injury cases. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with legal and health professionals, and the ability to communicate effectively with insurance companies, medical facilities, and clients weekly. At least one (1) year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications
- Speaks Spanish
- Prior experience and knowledge of Personal Injury Law.
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced working environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service
- Proficiency in data entry with close attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction and collaboration with team members and all parties
Responsibilities
- Answer client questions and address concerns.
- Make regular client check-in calls.
- Explain each stage of the case to the client.
- Track ongoing medical treatment and appointments.
- Verify lost-wage documentation.
- Open claims with insurance adjusters.
- Track status updates on active claims.
- Send letters of representation.
- Organize information and documents to build the claim file.
