Personal Injury Case Manager
Korean/English Bilingual Required

Cha Cha Cha Law is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Case Manager to manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.

This position requires fluency in both Korean and English. The ability to speak, read, and write in both languages is mandatory because many of our clients are Korean-speaking and require clear, compassionate, and consistent communication throughout their case.

Position Overview

The Personal Injury Case Manager will handle a variety of personal injury matters, including:

  • Car accidents
  • Pedestrian accidents
  • Rear-end collisions
  • Uninsured/underinsured motorist claims
  • Other injury-related cases

This role involves communicating with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and internal team members to ensure that each case moves forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Intake and Client Onboarding

  • Assist with intake when needed
  • Confirm basic accident facts
  • Open new cases
  • Send retainer agreements, authorizations, and related forms
  • Explain the case process to clients in Korean and English
  • Request insurance information, accident photos, police reports, and other case documents

Property Damage Support

  • Assist with vehicle repair coordination
  • Help obtain estimates, photos, and repair information
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding property damage
  • Assist with rental vehicle issues
  • Monitor total loss claims and vehicle-related updates
  • Help clients understand the property damage process

Treatment Management

  • Monitor client treatment status
  • Communicate with medical providers and treatment facilities
  • Help prevent gaps in treatment
  • Follow up with clients regarding pain, recovery, and treatment progress
  • Maintain organized notes regarding treatment updates

Client and Insurance Communication

  • Provide regular case updates to clients in Korean and English
  • Respond to client questions professionally and compassionately
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters
  • Confirm claim numbers, adjuster information, liability status, policy limits, MedPay, UM/UIM, and other insurance-related information
  • Track important deadlines and follow-ups

Document Collection and Case Organization

  • Collect and organize accident photos, insurance information, police reports, medical records, medical bills, diagnoses, treatment history, and communication records
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files
  • Update case management software with important notes and documents

Medical Records and Billing Requests

  • Request medical records and bills from hospitals, chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics, imaging centers, and other medical providers
  • Follow up with providers regarding pending records and billing
  • Organize medical records and bills for demand preparation

Demand Preparation Support

  • Assist with organizing medical records and bills
  • Prepare treatment summaries
  • Summarize accident details, injuries, treatment, and damages
  • Assemble supporting documentation packets for demand preparation

Settlement and Case Closing Support

  • Assist with settlement explanations
  • Help coordinate medical bill reductions and lien negotiations
  • Prepare and organize final disbursement materials
  • Confirm payments and case closing items
  • Assist with post-closing follow-up and review requests

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in Korean and English, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Bilingual Korean/English ability is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage deadlines and follow up consistently
  • Professional, patient, and compassionate when communicating with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, PDFs, and case management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior law firm experience
  • Personal injury case management experience
  • Insurance claims experience
  • Experience working with hospitals, chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics, imaging centers, or medical billing departments
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Experience with Lawmatics or similar CRM/case management software

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
