As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by managing personal injury cases from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring they receive top-notch service.
Gather and review medical records, police reports, and insurance documents.
Coordinate and schedule medical treatments for clients.
Work closely with attorneys to prepare and submit well-documented demand packages.
Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel to facilitate case resolutions.
Monitor case progress and ensure all deadlines are met.
Assist with trial preparation if cases proceed to litigation.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in personal injury case management or a legal support role is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a paralegal certificate or related coursework is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management software (e.g., File Vine and Lead Docket) is a plus.
Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in English/Spanish is a plus.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Client-Focused: Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and legal staff.
