Personal Injury Case Manager
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Reardon Stodolka is a growing California personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional representation and outstanding client service. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager who is organized, compassionate, and takes pride in delivering an excellent client experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently with clients from all backgrounds, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing outstanding service throughout every stage of a case.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, provide case updates, answer questions, and assist with coordinating medical treatment.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lien holders.
- Maintain organized case files, calendars, and deadlines.
- Keep attorneys informed of case developments and upcoming deadlines.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- California personal injury case management experience is preferred but not required.
- Paralegal experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating with clients who may be experiencing difficult circumstances.
- Experience with Filevine, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
