The Ideal Candidate Possesses the Following
Experience in commercial real estate and transactional work
Strong proofreading skills
Technology proficiency
Excellent interpersonal and client service experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently on repetitive tasks
Paralegal experience relating to real estate (title review, abstracting, drafting real estate documents, etc.)
The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SoftPro
Essential Job Duties
Assembles closing binders and assists attorneys with the preparation of various documents and schedules
Tracks schedules, dates, and various associated deadlines
Ensures all deadlines have been properly scheduled utilizing designated calendars
Prepares draft correspondences and initial draft documents
Conduct title, corporate, and UCC research and share information with attorneys
Prepares, organizes, hyperlinks, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include title work, loan documents, surveys, exhibits, and other items
Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
